The Leadership Challenge® for Women Workshop

This fast-paced and highly experiential workshop introduces leadership behaviors for women that are necessary for building credibility, engaging team

members, and creating an attitude and process for an innovative mindset in your organization or community. As a result of attending the workshop, new and existing women in leadership roles will:

  • Understand how The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership® impact effective leadership.
  • Learn a common leadership language.
  • Apply leadership behaviors to real workplace challenges.
  • Leave inspired and committed to your own leadership development and journey.
  • Benchmark their current leadership behaviors with The Leadership Practices Inventory® (LPI) self-assessment.

The Leadership Challenge® for Women is about how women leaders mobilize others to want to get extraordinary things done. It’s about the practices leaders use to transform values into actions, visions into realities, obstacles into innovations, and risks into rewards.

The Leadership Challenge® was developed from over 30 years of research collecting data from over three million leaders. The data from this research has found that leaders followed similar paths and forged common practices and models of leadership. These insights resulted in The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership® and are presented in this workshop with special emphasis on women in leadership.
